Fruit Pig Company haggis or Chef Norgate’s own recipe pork, wholegrain mustard, roast apple and sage sausages or Seasonal roast vegetables with onion marmalade in puff pastry.All the above served with neeps,roast tatties, seasonal greens and a whisky and onion gravy.
Pudding
Cranachan - Raspberries with toasted oats, cream and whisky or Brioche bread and butter marmalade pudding with sauce anglaise (custard).
